Is substrate included?

No. Substrate is not included because different reptiles and exotic pets require different substrate types. This allows you to choose the most suitable option for your pet.

What pets are these habitats suitable for?

Our habitats are designed for many small reptiles and exotic pets, including geckos, jumping spiders, mantises, and other similarly sized species. Please refer to the product description for recommendations.

Do you ship to countries outside the United States?

At this time, MODBOX ships only within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically delivered within 8–13 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items. We'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
